Before you commit
Do you offer a free trial?
There's no separate free-trial period. You're billed from your first day on whichever plan you pick, but there's no long-term contract, so if it's not the right fit you can cancel any time with no penalty.
How is the 5% commission actually charged?
It's deducted automatically from each booking's payment the moment your guest pays. You never get a separate invoice for it and there's nothing to reconcile yourself.
What happens if I go over my plan's room or booking cap?
Caps are monthly ceilings, not hard cutoffs. You can add extra room or booking capacity as an add-on, or upgrade any time from your dashboard's billing page. Either way, changes take effect on your next invoice, not immediately mid-cycle.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard's settings page whenever you like. Your subscription stops immediately, with no cancellation fee.
